Is there a minimum amount when placing an order?


No, we do not have a minimum billing amount.




What is your shipping policy?


We pay all freight charges on any ground shipment over $50.00, except transformers which are prepaid freight on $1500.00. All “air” freight orders will be charged to the customer.




What is your return policy?


All orders may be subject to a 15% minimum restocking charge. Only defective items may be returned after installation. Freight incurred by Duval Electrical & Breaker Sales must be paid back. No returns after 60 days. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.




How can I determine the exact breaker that I need?

How can I determine the exact breaker that I need?


The catalog number or breaker type on the circuit breaker label is the most helpful information in determining the circuit breaker that you need. If the label is missing or is not legible, there are other ways to help you determine the breaker type. You can send us a digital picture at customerservice@duvalbreaker.com. You can also attach the photo on our live chat, avalable Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm ET. You can trace an outline of the breaker and include the dimensions and fax or email it to us. The manufacturer of the panel and any other breakers in the panel would also be helpful.




Do you carry obsolete breakers?


Yes, we stock every brand of breaker including obsolete and current models. In some circumstances, a current model may be substituted for an obsolete model. If a breaker does not have a designated replacement, we have new and used obsolete breakers. Used breakers are tested and reconditioned to PEARL and NETA standrds, and carry a 2 year warranty.
